Thrift Store Scarf Organizer
40 bloggers being asked to go thrift store shopping! I'm sure we all jumped at the chance. It's one of my favorite places to shop.
I am really enjoying the creativity of the shoppers and the DIYers this go around!
Last time I got this….
I came up with this….
I got these fabulous goodies from my friend, Ashley from Simply Designing.
Honesty, I opened the bag and was like, “What the heck?” But after a few minutes, I had jewelry on the mind…..then scarves!
I put a tennis ball beside these valance hanger things just so you could see how big they are!
My daughter and I have a bit a scarf addiction. She has one robe hook on the back of her closet door and the rest are in a basket. Not the best way to pick out your accessories for the day.
All 6 got several coats of glossy white spray paint and were hung on the back of her door. They've got that long stem on them which makes it perfect for hanging multiple scarves.
Now, I want some for my closet! All of her scarves are now displayed in one place!
They didn't have screws with them. We happened to have wood screws in the exact size to fit. They were black though. I just spray painted the screw heads white as well!
Be sure to Pin for later!
Here are the goodies that I sent Emily from Two Purple Couches. Let's go see what she came up with!
