Prosciutto Pizza Rolls + Home and Decor Encore
True story and too funny…….Ashlyn and I were out yesterday picking up things for her bridal shower tomorrow that I am hosting with her maid of honor. She said that she was craving the prosciutto pizza rolls. I was driving and just looked at her. I was like…..that is the exact recipe that I sent to Doreen for today's Home and Decor Encore. I know that is silly, but it was just too funny. Now, we both want to make these.
This is a great recipe for using your fresh basil and garden tomatoes. Roma tomatoes are my absolute favorite.
A Few Kitchen Favorites
Our favorite way to serve this is as a light dinner for the 4 of us with a big salad. That gives each person 2 of the rolls. We will do this with a salad and fresh fruit like canteloupe slices.
