DIY Reindeer Pillow

Thanks for sharing!

Christmas posts are in full swing this week. I'm excited about our Christmas front porch this year! I have not one, but three projects for you this year for the porch. I shared my Jingle Bell Wreath yesterday. Today I'm sharing a DIY Reindeer Pillow and Sunday I'm sharing a large sign. Lots coming up so make sure you subscribe to upcoming posts.

I used a cover from Hobby Lobby to make the pillow which really makes it quick and simple. It is covering one of the regular outdoor pillows. Since this is in a covered area and will only be outside this month. I'm not worried about this not being made with outdoor fabric.

This is a piece of flannel fabric. I cut it to fit my Silhouette Cameo long cutting mat.  You will also want to use Heat and Bond. You can read all about my other tutorials for this project HERE and HERE.

Using the larger mat enables you to cover the entire face of the pillow. Use a ruler to center the deer before ironing it to the pillow.

It is working out beautifully with the reindeer and jingle bell theme that the porch has this year. I'll be sharing the porch in its entirety next Tuesday the 8th.
