Fall in the South is truly one of my favorite times to slow down and enjoy the outdoors. The mornings are crisp, the afternoons are warm, and it’s the perfect season to spend more time on the porch with a cup of coffee (or a cozy throw once the sun dips low).
This year, I gave our front living spaces a timeless update with POLYWOOD — outdoor furniture that’s as beautiful as it is durable.
🌿 A Classic and Inviting Porch for Fall

Our porch is the heart of our home — where friends gather, where family lingers after Sunday lunch, and where I love to start my mornings. When it came time to invest in outdoor furniture, I knew I wanted something that would stand the test of time, both in style and quality. While my old outdoor rockers were pretty, I was tired of having to repaint the runners. They were starting to split, and the finish was wearing off the plastic wicker.

We chose the Estate Rockers from POLYWOOD to complement our Southern-style home. The pieces are crafted with care, featuring a timeless design that complements my love for classic, welcoming spaces. The finish is Vintage Sahara.

The Estate Rockers have quickly become our go-to spot for slow mornings with coffee and easy evenings on the porch.

And Bentley — our Westie — has made the Traditional Garden Glider his official squirrel-watching seat! 🐾
The gliders are so smooth and require minimal effort to engage motion. Phoebe, our granddaughter, was my main reason for getting a glider. I knew that she would love sitting on these.

I've moved our older, weathered teak benches to the courtyard area. I went with the color Teak for the front patio. The color is so rich and looks so nice with the brick.

Best of all, these are the last pieces of furniture I will need to buy for the front entrance. POLYWOOD is built to last!

💛 Why I Love POLYWOOD
POLYWOOD checks all the boxes for us:
🇺🇸 American-made craftsmanship built to last.
🌦️ Weather-resistant and low-maintenance — no repainting, no repairs, and no need to cover.
🌿 Sustainable materials crafted from recycled plastics.
🪑 Timeless style that fits seamlessly with classic Southern charm.
I love knowing these are pieces we can enjoy for years — and even pass down one day. There’s something special about furniture that’s made to be part of your family’s story.
🛋️ The Finishing Touches
To complete our fall porch, I added ferns, faux pumpkins, and blue-and-white chinoiserie pots for a mix of natural textures and timeless color. The warm tones of the furniture play beautifully against the brick, and the neutral Natural Linen cushions make it easy to transition from season to season.
I am already creating a “wish” list for our large back patio!
Whether you’re hosting friends, watching football, or just enjoying a quiet afternoon outdoors, these POLYWOOD pieces make porch living effortless.
