I just ordered this exact dress from Shein. I can't wait to get this. I've never ordered from Shein before, but thought I'd give it a try. I took other recommendations and sized up. You can purchase return insurance for like $1.99, but I didn't. It's only $13 so not much to loose. Now, don't get alarmed! I am wearing this as a tunic and NOT a dress. It will be cute with leggings, jeans, my velvet leggings or my faux leather leggings. I expect to get a lot of wear out of this if only for 1 season.
