Summer Salads and Slaws | Inspiration Monday
Am I the only one that is struggling with the heat? It has been miserable and NO rain!
The last thing that I want to do is cook. How about you? I love to have salads as a side dish and sometimes an entree. Many times they can be made earlier in the day that way when dinner-time rolls around, you can get it ready with minimal effort if you prepared that salad earlier.
A nice, fresh salad and summertime seem to go hand in hand!
Check out all of these delicious ones linked up to last week's party.

Thanks for the party Christy! Now I’m seriously hungry and craving a salad 🙂
