Simple Christmas Mantel Ideas
Welcome to Favorite Things Friday #6……..Simple Christmas Mantel Ideas
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Below you will find a few mantels to inspire a simple Christmas.
A big trend these days is to decorate for Christmas using colors in the room. The simplicity is magical here with a snowflake theme. The snowflake mantel art could easily be created with a thrift store frame and paper cut snowflakes.
Do you have a collection…maybe white pitchers, mortar & pestles, urns? Incorporate that into your mantel for a simple look with fresh or faux greens.
Kim from Sand and Sisal has a wonderful simple mantel using traditional reds. Visit Kim to see more of how she created this look!
Very simple using mercury glass candlesticks and lanterns. I love the use of simple plaid ribbons for color and pattern.
Julie from Lilacs and Longhorns has a favorite of mine. I love the use of traditional colors and the chalk-art!
Holly from Holly Mathis Interiors does everything perfectly. If you haven't already discovered her site, you are in for a treat!
Here are a few items you could use to replicate some of the looks!
