I'm going to share some of my top picks from recent parties! I've created a new series called Weekly Wows. Each week on Friday or Saturday, I'll share my top picks from week's past. Some weeks will be random others may have a theme like Top DIY Projects of the week.

If you are not familiar with the Inspiration Monday link party, it is where bloggers can link up their projects. It's a great place to find inspiration! It begins each Sunday afternoon at 2pm est.

Step by step tutorial on building your own outdoor fireplace

Here's another DIY that I'd like to try. We have a pad already laid for a fireplace. It was ridiculously expensive to have one done. Just might have to show this my hubby from My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia.

I've been looking for something like this for my kitchen. Southern Seazons found it at Tuesday Morning!

Next week I'll be sharing my spring home tour! I share the entire line-up on Monday morning!

  1. I clicked on the link for the Peanut Butter Snaps (for doggies) and the link is not operable. How do I get the recipe? There is another link on your site that also doesn’t work. Are you not doing this blog any more….in 2022? Looks like the last items posted were in 2016.

    1. Hi, Sue! If you are finding a link that doesn’t work in a post going off of Our Southern Home (this site) then it may be a shut down site or issue with that site. This blog Our Southern Home has been in existence since 2012 and still going strong.

I love hearing from you!
