Easter Dining Room

Thanks for sharing!

Happy Spring everyone! The pollen is in full swing and the temps are finally on the rise. I actually packed my boots away last week and painted my toenails for sandals.

My kids will be home from college for the summer the first week of May. I am really excited to have everyone home again. I'll be working to get the porches deep cleaned this week because my next decorating projects will be centering around outdoor living. Lots of painting will be happening on the screened in porch.

While we wait on that, let's turn our focus back to the inside of our home! I am excited to be sharing our….

Let's get started with the tour!

Remember that sweet little pink runner from Valentine's Day? It's been on the table ever since. I'm kind of in love with it.

That beautiful washed looking bunny is from my daughter's room. I borrow it quite frequently. She's had it in her room since she was born. She's now 20. Now that I think of it, I've had that urn behind it just as long.

The larger urn used to have a floral arrangement in it. I removed it and love it now. It's been all over the place. You may have remembered it in the family room for my winter tour with the disco ball.

I bought the wire cloche back in 2016. I've used it so much! I checked and it's still available on Amazon! I've filled it with eggs, ornaments and bird's nest.

This is a simple look for everyday. If dining in here, I'd add placemats as well.

Decorating Hint: All of my glass candlestick holders have been collected through the years from Big Lots and dollar stores!

See that mirror in the background. It was a thrift store makeover from a few years ago. You can find the full tutorial here.

The napkins and napkin rings were HomeGoods finds last year.

This little buffet table is holding this cute rabbit wall hanging. This year I just tucked him in the silver bowl of wine corks. Easy peasy!

  4. Christy the more I visit your home the more I fall in love with it and all of your welcoming touches. I have been visiting for a while and have now seen it decorated through all the seasons, and it always looks amazing. I love the bunny, the urns, and the fact that you get your candlesticks from bargain stores. Your house is dreamy! The toile curtains that match your pillows are always lovely to see and I hope you never change them! I have actually looked up that fabric because I would love to make some pillow covers!

  10. Your dining room looks beautiful decorated for Easter! Your pink runner is perfect to use this time of year and it coordinates perfectly with your eggs in the cloche on your urn. I really like how you used wine corks for filler in your silver bowl and how the wine corks hold up the rabbit that you are displaying. I know you are looking forward to the first week of May when Ashlyn and Woods are home for the summer. It will be here before you know it!

  16. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! That soft blush color of your runner set the scene for your lovely table. The eggs in the wire cloche is a lovely centerpiece for your Easter table. Did the runner come from Pier One? I have napkins from there that look like they would match it perfectly. I am guessing your daughter doesn’t mind you borrowing the bunny for your home decor! The napkin rings are great, you have to love a Home Goods find!

    1. Thanks so much, Chloe! I am loving blushes and really trying to sneak them in everywhere! The runner came from HomeGoods. Wish I had matching napkins. XO Christy
